The Commonwealth Games in Melbourne has come and gone. Though there was earlier fear of terrorist attack, Praise God it went smoothly and peacefully.

Something else happen in the month of March as well. Ken & Carol Teo together with Geoff & Ava Stafford started the First Sunday evening Service on the 5th March 06 in the City of Casey! 30th April was the Official Launch of Evangelical Community Church Casey (ECC Casey).

We are amazed by the provision of God for the birth of this new work. Evangelical Community Church (ECC) in Holland Road, Blackburn South, Melbourne gave birth to this new work in the City of Casey. ECC Casey started with a small beginning on the 8th July with a Home Fellowship Group meeting at Pastor Ken & Carol Teo house. It started with 5 people, and was a day of small beginnings. Now the Home Fellowship group has multiplied to 2 groups and a Sunday Evening Service was launched on the 5th March 2006.

Evangelicial Community Church Casey First Sunday Service

The Official Grand Opening Service was awesome! We had 113 Adults and 29 Children. A vision to works towards. The weekly dinner fellowship after the Sunday Celebration meeting was always a highlight!
